Akure Neza Project
Objective: Promote healthy families through education and behavior change, focusing on preventing malnutrition and teenage pregnancies, and mobilizing family planning.
Key Interventions:
- Improved parenting and reproductive health discussions.

- Psychological and legal support for teenage mothers.
- Mobilization and provision of family planning methods.
My Health Project
Objective: Prioritize mental health awareness and care, affecting emotional, psychological, and social well-being.
Key Interventions:
- Community health coaching.
- Provision of mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
Akaramata Project
Objective: Reduce divorce rates by educating unmarried youth and newlyweds on visionary relationships and intimate partnerships.
Key Interventions:
- Community awareness on divorce risk factors.
- Peer education on developing healthy relationships.
- Enhancing big-thinking abilities among youth.
Sustainable Health Care Services
Objective: Improve healthcare service delivery and data management.
Key Interventions:
- Training healthcare providers on quality care.
- Data management training for accuracy and reporting.
- Research on patient perceptions of healthcare services.
Empower Me Project
Objective: Empower vulnerable individuals with financial skills and startup support to improve their economic status.
Key Interventions:
- Entrepreneurship training and financial literacy.
- Promoting a culture of saving and supporting business startups.
- Identifying and addressing socio-economic development barriers.

Our dedicated team consists of 60% youth volunteers and 40% adult volunteers, all committed to making a positive impact. With diverse experiences and a shared passion for community development, our volunteers are the backbone of NVF-Rwanda.
